Dulwich Students Achieve Great Maths Result!

On 19th January we celebrated the outstanding achievements of our Y11 students who took their Mathematics iGCSE early, in October 2020.

If students demonstrate the correct level of knowledge, skills, and language ability, then they are entered early for this qualification.

The cohort achieved 93% A* - signalling our best set of results at this stage. 

The students and teachers have worked very hard over the year, developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills as well as language ability to ensure the students are excellent mathematicians, beyond the assessment. This has had a significant impact on student outcomes, which has prepared them well for further study at AS and A-Level.

On 28th January Solomon competed in the British Maths Olympiad round 2. This competition is taken by about 150 of the most elite mathematicians from around the world.  We eagerly await his result!
