HSTM Costs and Guidelines

Attending HSTM 2026

The registration fee for HSTM 2026 is RMB 1,299 per person, applicable to both student participants and accompanying adult teachers or chaperones. This fee covers HSTM 2026 welcome package, all on-site meals, coffee breaks, bus transportation, Maths Trail ticket, and the final Gala Dinner.

The total cost will be determined based on the number of participants listed in the Registration Forms (HSTM 2026 Registration) and must be submitted by 20 February 2026.

Following the submission of the Registration Forms, a final invoice will be issued to each school, with payment due no later than the 27th of February 2026.

We recommend participating schools pay via bank transfer. Our details are as follows:

Important Notes：

When making the payment, please include "Your School Name, HSTM 2026" in the remittance details to ensure the payment is correctly allocated to your account.

The Receipt/Fapiao will be issued once we have confirmed your payment.
