Welcome to a Spick and Span campus

The summer provides a great opportunity for our academic staff to unwind and recharge their batteries. But what you might not know is that the rest of the staff at Dulwich International High School Suzhou carry on working in their respective fields, continuing to contribute to the health and wellbeing of the Dulwich community. So, what do they get up to during the summer break?

This summer, there was a big push to update the campus with new furniture and layouts with an eye for style, design, comfort, and functionality. The maintenance team fix all the problems that would otherwise be disruptive to classes during term time. Electrical circuits require maintenance, which is crucial to insure the smooth operation of networked electronic devices. Maintaining a building the size of our school is a challenging task that requires considerable manpower to compete. These “behind the scenes” activities, while often taken for granted, are vitally important to the smooth running of the school.

The Dulwich administrative teams also continue working during the summer. The IT team resolve network issues and upgrade equipment and ensure that the schools IT infrastructure is operating at 100% efficiency. HR continue to support staff and their families. During the summer break the admissions team continue admitting new students, as well as arranging online tests and interviews.

Campus security also work all summer, keeping the campus safe, checking temperatures, health codes and 14-day trackers of everyone entering the campus.

Due to the hard work of all the staff, the Campus at Dulwich International High School Suzhou is ready to welcome our students back!
