Parent Technology Platforms
The below tutorials support parents in setting up the technology platforms that we utilize at Dulwich International High School Programme Suzhou.
The access code and access password have been sent to the parent’s email address. The email address must match the one provided to the school.
To activate the parent platform for the first time:
- Open the parent platform website and click Create an account.
- Enter the access code and access password provided by the school, then click Next.
- Complete the personal information and click Register.
- An activation link will be sent to the parent’s email address.
- Click the activation link in the email to activate the parent platform.
To log in to the parent platform for student work and feedback: Simply enter your email address and password to log in successfully.

The Login details for the ISAMS parent portal and My Dulwich are the same.
Parents must have registered on the ISAMS parent portal before they can access My Dulwich.
