Ms Kate Beith

Born and schooled in Oxford, Ms Beith studied at Goldsmiths, University of London, and taught in schools in London, Oxford and Surrey. She was principal of a prestigious Early Years international college for eleven years in the UK and was engaged in Early Years international consultancy in Europe, Japan and the Maldives. For five years Ms Beith led and developed DUCKS, the early years school, in Dulwich College Beijing, and she supported the foundation of Dulwich College Seoul. In her current role, Ms Beith is responsible for curriculum development across our Early Years provision, Professional Learning and Safeguarding across the DCI network of schools. She also continues to support new school set up, such as with Yangon, Puxi, and Singapore. She has authored a wide range of Early Years books and articles and is a recognised leader in Early Years education in the UK. She has an MA in integrated family provision at Pen Green Research Base in England and is part of a CIS task force looking into international child protection.
