University and College Acceptances for the Graduating Class of 2019/20

Our graduating class of 2020 comprises of 185 students. By 16th January 2020, they have received a total of 342 offers. The 342 offers include 119 offers from the USA, 196 offers from the UK, 22 from Canada, 4 from Australia, and 1 from Switzerland. As of 16th January 2020, the graduating students have received an accumulated scholarship of 1,112,375 USD, based on academic merit and SAT scores. More offers will be announced by April.

Among the 119 offers from American Universities, 21 are Early Decision acceptances: seven from New York University, three from University of Rochester, three from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, two from Boston University, one from Carnegie Mellon University, one from Wake Forest University, one from Syracuse University, one from Brandeis University, one from Rhode Island School of Design, and one from Babson College. Among the ED offers, 14 are from the “New Ives”: Carnegie Mellon University, New York University, University of Rochester and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. More offers will be announced in April.

Among the 195 offers from the UK, 12 are from G5 Universities including 1 offer from University of Cambridge, 1 offer from Imperial College London and 10 offers from University College London. 

 

About G5 University

The G5 is a grouping of five English public research universities that was established in early 2004. The members are Imperial College London, the London School of Economics, the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford and University College London.

22 offers are from Canada, among them, six from McGill University, two from McMaster University, three from University of Alberta, two from Western University, one from University of Toronto, one from Simon Fraser University and one from University of Yok. Please see details below:

As for offers from other countries, four are from Australia, including two from University of Melbourne, one from Curtin University, and one from University of Adelaide; one offer from Business and Hotel Management School (b.h.m.s).

As in previous years, this year's graduates are still favoured by top art schools, including Rhode Island School of Design, The New School (include Parsons School of Design), Maryland Institute College of Art, California College of the Arts, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Pratt Institute, School of Visual Arts, Goldsmiths, University of London, Art University of Bournemouth, University of the Creative Arts, etc.
