Murdoch Ian Mackay
Biology Teacher, Assistant Head (School Development)
Murdoch is a British national. He graduated with a Bsc (hons) in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Hertfordshire in 2006 and worked as a Research and Development Scientist in the UK before completing his QTS in 2010. He is currently completing an Msc in Education with the University of Southampton. Murdoch is a passionate teacher who likes to incorporate active learning strategies and use technology into lessons to promote student engagement and empower student learning. Murdoch is an enthusiastic cyclist who has cycled extensively around China and enjoys competing in cycling races and triathlon events in his free time.
