PE Teacher & Basketball Coach
My name is Thomas Malord Saydee. I come from Liberia but currently living in China. In 2016, I graduated with a BSc in General Agriculture with emphasis in Human Resource Management from Cuttington University, Suakako district, Gbarnga city Bong County Liberia and, I have also obtained a master’s degree in Biology from Shaoxing University here in China 2021. Balancing academic and physical education activities, I played basketball, soccer and, participated in other physical education programs at a higher level. I’m Seeking to always enhance the knowledge of physical education and athletic coaching for youth and adults’ enthusiastic athletic training with 6 plus years of experience helping athletes to improve their physical strength, basketball skills, Soccer skills and close monitoring of athletes process. As a former High School Player, College Player and Division three (3) Basketball team player in Liberia, I do have a basketball coaching license and level one soccer coaching certificate for youth and sports development. I’m a passionate young person who loves to use my talent to help develop young athletes as a medium of giving back. I have been teaching basketball and serving as physical trainer over the past six years in many schools and training centers here in China and Liberia. Presently I’m one of the head coach at Youth Basketball Development League (YBDL Elite) Suzhou City. Doing my free time I enjoy reading, swimming, working-out, playing piano and hanging out with family.
