Umer is a Pakistani national who has been in China for more than 8 years now. He graduated with a degree in Medicine from Hebei North University and then got his PGCEi from University of Nottingham. Umer has been teaching ever since he himself was in high school and since graduating he has taken up various roles, namely: Director of Studies in Taiyuan Mercan School, Biology and Chemistry Teacher in Shanxi Cambridge School and Changshu International School. Currently Umer is working as the Assistant Director in Changshu International School where he developed a comprehensive middle curriculum and has been a key figure for more than 2 years now. Umer enjoys learning astronomy in his free time and is an avid reader of sci-fi and fantasy novels.
