From Anti-Bullying Week to Everyday Kindness

At DHSZ, we take pride in fostering a safe and caring environment where every student feels valued and respected.

Anti-Bullying Week, held annually in November, is an essential opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to kindness, respect, and empathy within our school community.

This year's theme, centred on empathy and understanding, has guided our efforts to engage students in meaningful discussions and activities. Together, we have highlighted the importance of standing against bullying in all its forms—physical, verbal, and cyber.

Our initiatives aim to empower students to be active upstanders, encouraging them to speak out when they witness bullying and to show compassion towards their peers. By focusing on education and prevention, we are shaping a school culture where respect and kindness become second nature.

We recognise that creating a bullying-free environment requires the collective effort of everyone in our community. With the support of our dedicated staff and engaged families, we will continue striving to ensure that our school remains a place where every student can thrive.

Let us keep building a future of understanding and compassion, one act of kindness at a time.
