13:45-15:30 - Session 3: Tuning into the In‑Betweens
Keynote and practical exercise exploring "Antidata": the emotional, relational and sensory knowledge schools often overlook. Integrates story, silence and contradiction.
15:30-16:00 - Threads We Choose to Weave
A gently held space of optional sharing—insights, questions or intentions sparked by the day. Shared at invitation, with no pressure to perform. A soft landing and slow exit.
SUNDAY (9:00-14:00)
09:00-09:30 - Panning for Gold
We revisit the soil we ploughed together—gently surfacing what’s glinting now. A morning re-grounding for the final day.
09:30-10:45 - Session 4: Mapping What Matters
Using warm, contextual data mapping to make sense of emerging patterns. A collaborative synthesis of the story fragments noticed, felt and shared so far.
10:45-11:00 - Morning Break
11:00-12:30 - Session 5: Tools for Noticing Differently
Participants choose between two practical models:
- Wellbeing Data Wheel: maps current data practice, sources and gaps
- Wellbeing Footprint: invites personal reflection on relational impact of school policy and practice
12:30-13:15 - Lunch Break
13:15-14:00 - A final, mini-keynote, exploring sanctuary as both a design principle and lived experience - where we are safe, seen and held. And a closing task for self-accountability
Please note:
The programme intentionally avoids rigid outcomes, in favour of depth, relational learning, and making space for emergence - whilst ensuring practical takeaways too.
