EARCOS Weekend Workshop 2025

Dulwich International High School Programme Suzhou is pleased to host Matthew Savage as part of the EARCOS weekend workshop series on the 18th and 19th of October.

Titled 'Seeing the Whole Student: Data Storytelling and Wellbeing Equity', this weekend workshop invites staff to engage with the subtle, often hidden dimensions of school life that shape wellbeing and belonging. Drawing on Matthew's acclaimed "The Mona Lisa Effect®" and his expertise in data-informed pastoral care, participants will explore how to notice differently—with greater kindness, warmth, and curiosity.

Over six rich sessions, we will:

  • Reframe school data as stories of lived experience
  • Reflect on the emotional and relational layers of belonging
  • Explore tools like the Wellbeing Data Wheel and Footprint
  • Create space for personal insight and collective action

The experience will be immersive, reflective, and responsive, designed to adapt to your school's unique context and culture. Whether you work in the classroom, lead a team, or support student wellbeing, this is a rare chance to slow down, look again, and discover new ways to foster a more inclusive and compassionate school community.
